Century Funds Management Limited was formed in 1999 with a specific focus on the purchase of high quality, growth oriented commercial property investments.

These investments are held in either stand-alone or diversified unlisted property trusts. Century currently manages $650 million of commercial investment property on behalf of approximately 1000 private investors.

Century has a “Total Return” philosophy which means there is a commitment to achieving superior returns from a combination of capital growth and quarterly distributions.

In July 2006 Century was merged with listed fund manager, OFM Investment Group (now renamed Over Fifty Group). Total property assets managed by the entire group now exceed $900 million.
