Over Fifty Group property division, Century Funds Management, has achieved another success at Sydney Olympic Park with the sale of 6 Herb Elliott Avenue for $12 million on behalf of the 6 Herb Elliott Avenue syndicate. This follows Century’s sale last year of 2 Australia Avenue for $13.15 million.
